Welcome to Fitness with Ashley Rogers! Ashley is an RYT 200 yoga instructor, a certified MASHUP™ coach, an IBBFA barre instructor, and an ACE certified Health Coach. She believes that doing the physical work of fitness is a means to increasing mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. When her students ask her what they need for any given class she instructs, her answer is always whatever gear is necessary like a yoga mat, weights, or an exercise ball, and, of course, “yourself and a smile”!
